Helping The Economy
Yesterday we figured we'd do our part to help the economy ... we bought a new 40" Sony HD XBR TV and we bought a new wireless router for the computers.
The old Sony was still working pretty good so we decided to take it downstairs to replace a small TV we had down there.
I'm a bit more excited about the new router because I was almost blaming some of the issues I was having with the wireless ... on my new laptop/VISTA. Well since we replaced the router ... the speed has improved and no more issues with dropping the internet ... it is only day two though.
The weather continues to be very cold.
My silly eyes continue to water. In fact, I am getting a bit tired of wiping them ... so to clear my vision, I squeeze my eye lids together and a tear forms and rolls down my face. How lazy am I?
Anyways, I've noticed my glasses need cleaning every day, which is different than in the past ... for some reason, they are full of spots. I first thought it was me brushing my teeth and splattering my glasses ... I was really stretching for reasons ... but I've since realized that it is me squeezing my eye lids together and shooting tears to the inside of my glasses. The story made D. laugh and so I thought I would share it with you.
Next week courses start at the college ... I have to make a decision whether to register for a course or not. I really want to but I'm not sure I will have the energy to complete it. My fatigue continues to get a bit worse with ever treatment. I'll keep you posted.

Hi Daria -
Thanks for visiting my blog. As you can see, it's not a cancer blog. The "missing" posts were about a variety of topics, usually just everyday stuff that caught my attention.
I try not to focus on it, but, yes, I am living with cancer. When I was diagnosed with stage III-b melanoma they told me I had a 50/50 chance of recurrence withing 5 years. I had surgery twice and did the year of Intron. Now I'm just trying to stay generally healthy and going for my scans.
Wishing you all the best,
- Lulu
