Out And About

Yesterday I got quit a few errands done. I'm kind of excited about that because each time I'm out doing something, I'm getting physically stronger ... getting in and out of the car, walking across the parking lot, waiting in line ups, or whatever.

This is the best week of the cycle and I must try and push my limits.

Hope you're having a good day.

Daria just wanted to check in and see if you need some sleeves.

Isn't it a blessing on those days that you feel better than the day before! It's amazing what the body can do when being hit by chemo...we bottom out, then we begin returning again to "better". Bless you.

I know exactly what you mean - every day that you can walk a bit further is so empowering in a way! Makes you feel like you have really accomplished a lot - and you HAVE! Good for you! And glad that the weather is cooperating with your good week.

Good for you!
I play daily in the pool, water is gentle and very good for the whole body...

Glad you you had a good day we gotta take those days and run with them!! and its all about good sleep too!

So you have also had the weakness in the lower limbs and have fallen?? The doc told me its a SE from the steroids not from my brain progression So I am going on her word on that...I really wanted to see if there are others out there experiencing the same thing? With this weakness and the occasional falling??
